ikiteruEvery year, they put on a Tribal Banquet and they try to theme it. Last year was very half-assed Marie Antoniette era. This year? This year they did Wonderland and it's fan-fucking-tastic.
My friend took a ton of photos with her phone and I jacked them from her. I'm really exciting/amazed at how much they did. There are a few things that didn't get pictured, like the FOUR FOOT WHITE RABBIT ICE SCULPTURE!!!
These were taken while they were still setting up. They keep the light off now and there's some black thing set up in the middle so you can't walk into the next room that way.
There are five rooms total, this one the first one off to the left. They laid down a green rug for the entire room and there's just this table set up in the corner with two high backed arm chairs. It's very pretty and quiet.
The bird is completely edible and completely gorgeous.

There are huge blocks of cheese set up all over the table with animal faces carved into them. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW!
The jars are now full of various red candies, and the giant "drink me" jar is filled with some sort of red drink. It's a very pretty effect. (and ignore the papers sitting right there)
This is the main "wonderland" all the hats were hand made and there are various shirts/dresses tied to the back of the chairs for ambiance, I suppose. The picture definitely doesn't do it justice though, there's that huge screen in the back that I can't decide if it's a screenshot from the newest Alice in Wonderland or not but it's super pretty.
I CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW HUGE THESE FRIGGEN HATS ARE!! seriously.

Giant friggen mushrooms of DOOM!! Seriously. They're made out of umbrellas.
Everything (but the fairy in that one picture) is entirely edible. I kid you not.
They have bottle set up all over the place with the drink me tag. it's very cute ♥
I don't think we got any pictures of the "rose garden" which is amazing and done in shades of red and has, obviously, roses everywhere. But all in all, everything is absolutely beautiful and I hope people at least make an attempt and dress up for this =/
